- PiercingSingle-use sterile needle, sterilized jewelry, and just you in the room.
- Aftercare and downsizingYou leave with aftercare instructions. Come back to downsize once swelling goes down.

Healing, simplified
Less is more. Most healing problems come from touching, twisting and over-cleaning.
Do
- Spray sterile saline once or twice a day
- Rinse in the shower and let water run over it
- Pat dry with clean gauze or paper towel
- Come back to downsize once swelling goes down
Don't
- Twist, turn or play with the jewelry
- Sleep on it (a travel pillow helps for ears)
- Use alcohol, peroxide or ointments
- Swim in pools, rivers or the sea while healing

Edz Piercing Studio is a piercing-only studio in San Jose City. Sessions are private, so you get the whole appointment with no rush and no crowd.
The titanium jewelry shop started from clients asking where to find safe, pretty pieces. Everything in it is ASTM F136 titanium, the same grade used for surgical implants.
Stainless or titanium, which should I pick?
Both work for a new piercing. Titanium is nickel-free and lighter, so it's the better choice if you have sensitive skin or metal allergies.
Do I need to downsize my jewelry?
Usually, yes. Starter jewelry is longer to allow for swelling. Once swelling goes down, a shorter post keeps the piercing from getting snagged or angled.
My piercing is irritated. What should I do?
Don't take the jewelry out. Book a troubleshoot appointment so we can check it and adjust your aftercare or jewelry.
